This Update tells our story. It is about how, every day, we help more and more customers. About how we are constantly improving the quality of our products, and making them more sustainable.
It is also about how we make a positive impact on the lives of those around us – and in the communities where we work.
We have divided our 2024 Action Update into five main sections:
Action in 2024, with highlights of the past year, including product awards and the key updates from our stores and distribution centres
The Action Story, explaining our company’s strategy and our approach to business
Planet and Product on how we work to reduce our impact on the environment
People and Partnership on how we support our people and continue to invest in job and development opportunities for our colleagues, and how we actively contribute to the well-being of the communities where we work – with a focus on children
Governance on how we manage risk and uphold strict ethical standards when doing business
Throughout the Action Update, we have included photo stories that illustrate how we are continuously improving Action products, both in terms of quality and sustainability.
