Our distribution centres (DCs) throughout Europe are key to our supply chain and keep Action moving. We invest in leadership and training programmes for our DC colleagues, supporting both their growth and the continuous improvement of these essential operations.
A key initiative is our Supply Chain Team Lead Training Programme, designed for team leads in all DCs. The programme helps team leads build their leadership skills, work together across DCs and grow professionally, and supports cultural awareness and career mobility.
The programme started in September 2024 in our two Dutch DCs. So far, 65 team leads have completed the training. In 2025, the programme was launched in Germany and Poland, and Spain will follow in 2027. Every group includes all team leads of a DC, giving everyone the opportunity to grow.
