We launched our first traineeship in 2024: an 18-month programme that combines hands-on work experience with training in key areas such as commerce, logistics, finance, store operations and real estate. Open to internal and external candidates, the first group attracted strong interest with over 200 applications. Each trainee follows a tailored training plan with workshops and mentoring, preparing them for a position in the team after 18 months.

In 2025, we introduced another traineeship. This three-year programme prepares future leaders to take on more senior management roles, with a focus on learning alongside senior leaders and gaining hands-on experience. The second traineeship is currently offered in our international headquarters, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

Both programmes share the same goal: to help high potentials to grow and build strong careers at Action. By investing in talent, we ensure sustainable growth, for our colleagues as well as for Action.
